Enjoy a taste of Bavarian culture with an authentic ethnic festival celebrating Wisconsin's German roots. Live music, German cuisine and Oktoberfest-style beer will be on tap! This event is being held on the grounds at Circus World. The BaraBrew Wisconsing Bierchoir will kick off the entertainment at 3:30 p.m. Griffy Jim and the Polka Dots will perform polka music from 4-6 before the headliner takes the stage at 7. Hazardous waste will be collected at no charge, however, there are fees for tires, some electronic items, and appliances. Located at the Old Sauk County Landfill.

When a group of astronauts comes through town, Curly Hare comes up with their kookiest stunt ever – to be the first animals on the moon! Well, talking animals, anyway. Taylor Tortoise and Curly Hare race to build a rocket and beat the other to space, but will their rivalry drive away their friends in the process? Who will make it to the moon first? And once they get to the moon…then what? The Tortoise and the Hare learn that maybe winning ISN’T everything; they can accomplish so much more by working together!
