The common cold, the flu, RSV and Covid-19. They’re all out there right now, and if you end up catching one of them, you’ll know it. Brian Simmons, an Infection Preventionist with Emplify Health by Gundersen, says it seems we are in the peak of the season for these illnesses.
Many wonder when they should seek medical attention. A fever or chills is the main difference between influenza and the common cold.
When you are sick, don’t overdo it. It is best to only do what is necessary and get plenty of rest.
